Return & Repair Policy

At Whim Society, each piece is made with intention—either handmade, custom, or produced in small batches. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing, as each item is created specifically for you and cannot be restocked once it leaves our studio.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A repair (if applicable)
  • A replacement (if available)
  • Store credit if a replacement cannot be provided

Repair Policy

Because our pieces are designed to be worn and loved over time, we also offer a limited repair option for select items.

Repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include:

  • A small repair fee depending on the issue
  • Customer responsibility for shipping both ways
  • Repair approval based on product condition and availability of materials
