Shipping Policy

At Whim Society, each item is made to order with intention and care. Because of this, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

We appreciate your patience as each piece is crafted specifically for you—nothing is mass produced, and every order is handled individually.

Processing Time

• All items are made to order
• Production time is typically 2–3 weeks
• During high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer (we will always communicate updates when needed)

Once your item is completed, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders using UPS as our primary shipping partner to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Timeframes

After your order has been shipped:

• Standard delivery times depend on your location and UPS transit times
• Most U.S. orders arrive within a few business days after shipment

Please note: shipping time does not include the 2–3 week production period.
